Agreement

By using AltZ.biz you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. AltZ.biz is operated by AltZ.

Your account

You sign in with Google, so there is no password for us to hold. One account is one person — it is shared across every AltZ site so that what you buy and what you complete follow you, and it is not to be shared with anyone else.

We may suspend an account that is used to scrape the site, attack it, or redistribute paid material.

What we do not promise

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that it will produce any particular result for you.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to AltZ.biz is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Our material

Course content, writing, graphics and code on AltZ.biz belong to AltZ unless stated otherwise. Buying access does not transfer ownership, and does not permit redistribution or derivative works without written permission.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and material changes affecting something you have already bought will not be applied retroactively.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, and disputes fall to the courts located there. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not remove rights your local law gives you that cannot be waived.
